Agarose gel problem.. plz help - (Apr/26/2009 )

Use a 3% gel and can mix 50:50 of a regular (but good quality agarose) and a very purified agarose (like methaphor). Use a V of 75-80, 120 is good to just know if there is a band or no, but for RFLP thats to high.

I've had horrible smile problems that disappeared when I changed the power supply.
