I am a postgraduate student. I want to pursue my project on following topic New technologies in Real time PCR, cloning, microarray, sequencing and their informatics need. Can any one suggest me the latest upcoming technology Real time PCR, cloning, microarray, sequencing and their informatics need.

Some one has suggested HRM technology.

Can any one suggest me any new technology in above mentioned areas..other than HRM.

your biggest issue will be that the vast majority of new research that goes on in these technologies, is done in companies so that they can release new/improved products for profit, thus most of this sort of research is secret and/or proprietary. Most people here just use the end product.

I need to have the information about the newly released technologies. Can you suggest me any resource from where I get this information. I need it for writing thesis. As my lab do not have much funds for the experimental analysis.

Try contacting the large sequencing companies: Roche, ABI, Invitrogen. I don't think they will tell you anything though, all this sort of work is secret so that they can have an advantage over other companies, and make money off it. If it was freely available, people could make up similar instruments and reagents and do things much cheaper.
