Collagen 1 - Long shot, looking for an antibody (Apr/02/2009 )
I'm looking for an antibody for intracellular staining of (mouse) Collagen 1A to analyze by flow. This is, apparently, difficult to find.
Has anyone done this, and if so, how did you do it? I've found some unconjugated Col1A antibodies out there that say they can be used for FACS, but EEK, I don't like having to use a secondary for FACS. Messy.

I am actually looking for something similar, and am just wondering did you have any success? Do you know of any other osteo related antibodies that could be looked at using flow cytometry without the use of a secondary antibody? I'm pretty new to this area and haven't had much success in finding information from the literature
