shRNA from SIGMA - (Mar/29/2009 )

Hey guys,
Anybody here has already used the shRNA vectors from the shRNA! MISSION TRC sold by SIGMA-ALDRICH?
I wanna knockdown some genes and I a friend told me about those vectors.

What specific do you want to know about shRNA from Sigma? I believe all vectors are verified for gene knockdown.

I just wanna know if someone here has good or bad experience with those vectors.
If people are used to buy the lentiviral particules or plasmid DNA to make their own viral particules.

I believe their vector system should work fine and should have been validated by numerous labs.

TRC (MIT Broad Institute) has generated 45,000-75,000 lenti-shRNA vector for both human and mouse. Some of them work fine, some of them do not work well. It may be because of the algorithm. However, all shRNAs ARE NOT VALIDATED by TRC.
