hello, I am a first year undergraduate and i am stuck on which statistics to use for my year project. I am firstly comparing the growth of a mutant and wild type strain of L.monocytogenes in MD10 media containing no copper sulphate, 5 micro molar copper sulphate and 300 micro molar BCS (copper chelator), and finally 5 micro molar copper sulphate combined with 300 micro molar BCS - which statistical analysis would i use to compare growth? secondly which statistical analysis would i use to compare the growth of each individual strain in the copper and BCS containing media to the media containing no copper? any help would be much appreciated
