My primers ARE FORMING primer- dimers. Giving me a very hard time. So i thought i can use DMSO. Sud i dilute my DMSO. ( in the bottle label its given 99% DMSO) For a 50 microl reaction how much diluted(?) DMSO should i add. i had used ApE A plasmid editor for designing my primer. Is the s/w good? My fwd primer length is 33 bp and reverse 30 bp including the restriction enzyme site region i had added.I could not avoid the length.
