Inconsistent values - (Mar/17/2009 )

Hi,

I am working with transgenic crops and trying to check the cry protein expression using ELISA. The problem is when I load the same protein extract in 2 wells of the same plate there a lot of variation in the values!! I am confused plz help me.

OK. First...is your dose response curve reproducible (ie less than 10% CV between replicate readings)?

If this is case are you handling the samples in same manner as standards/calibrators?

If this is true then is your expected concentration at the very high end or very low end of the curve?

How is your control material performing?
