Phosphoproteins staining - (Mar/13/2009 )

Dear all,

Does anyone have experience using ProQDiamond to stain phosphoproteins? I did my first experience with it and i'm not very happy with results... Look for some help to troubleshoot

No I haven't used it. How about trying a generic phospho serine or phospghotyrosine antibody and doing a western blot.

Antibodies are not the solution.
Were tested before using ant-phosphoSer, anti-phosphoThr and anti-phosphoTyr and recognize both unphosphorylated and phosphorylated forms.
We try ProQ Diamond expecting that solve our problems but no luck yet.
