Anova again, one or two factors ? - (Feb/23/2009 )

Hi everybody,


I'm a little bit confused about which anova test, one factor or two factors anova test, sould I use for my data set shown in the table below (attached file).
I have a thousands of genes to compare between three conditions (control, mutant and double mutant mouse) to see if any change between mutant and control is significatif.

Could somebody tell me which anova would be the right choice in this case, one or two factors anova?

Any answer would be appreciated.

One factor anova for the test. Using FDR later on to correct your final results.
