Cloning a labeled PCR product - (Feb/20/2009 )
Hi Guys,
I have a Taq amplified PCR product with a 3' label (Hex). I am trying to do TOPO cloing with the TOPO vector in TOP10 cells. Can I do that? or will the label hinder ligation or subsequent transformation?
