Inactivation of trypsin - (Feb/20/2009 )

Dear all,

is it known which component in serum actually inactivates trypsin?
Is it competition of substrate?

Thanks in advance!

Inactivation of trypsin is due to the trypsin inhibitors. Serum is a rich source of these inhibitors.

I realize that the answer is somewhat vague, but that's what I remember of it.
