Sugar content measuring equipment - (Oct/26/2018 )

Hi everyone, im a student working on a project of converting fruit waste to bacteria cellulose by using the bacteria A.xylinum. Does anyone know of a good source of diagnostic kit to measure concentrations of sugar content as low as 0.01g/L. Unfortunately, my school does not have a hplc column to help us.
