Unidentified geometric objects in cell culture - (Oct/05/2018 )

Hello, please help us to identify these geometric objects (not a cell or bacteria) in our flask. We could not seperate them from our flask. They don't look like neither dead cells nor another known things in cell culture. Thanks for your helps

There are a few options, but I would guess that they are either plastic fragments from the flasks or that they are precipitates of protein from the FBS.

Thanks for your attention and answer. We filtered our FBS before use so i did not think they are from FBS. My flasks are new and fresh opened (Sarsted). So i can't decide what they are???

In that case, they are most likely fragments of plastic from the manufacturing of the flasks. So long as they are not increasing in number, you should be fine.
