Blockage of cadherin bindings of MCF-10A cells without harming hydrogels and cal - (Aug/01/2018 )

Hi!

I need to block the cadherin bindings of MCF-10A cells. EDTA can block but it will be harmful for hydrogels. My method should not damage hydrogels and calcium. What do you suggest for that case?

Try using a blocking peptide, you can deliver these using peptide transfection reagents.
