Amount of protein - (Dec/17/2017 )

Hi,

I have 613 µg/ml of protein. But I want to load 1 mg of protein. Can you please help me with the calculation?

Thanks

v=n/c

volume = amount/concentration

Keep your units consistent - convert ug to mg (613 ug/ml = 0.613 mg/ml). Make sure you know which volume unit you are using for the final volume too. In this case: ml.

v=1/0.613...

I'm sure you can get it from there.
