pYr-CMV-Kan2 vector - (Aug/23/2017 )

Hi,

I cannot get vector information for pYr-CMV-Kan2 vector.  Would anyone know if it can be propagated in E.Coli competent cells and if it can be used to generate stable clones?

I cannot find any information what Kan2 refers to.

Any information would be appreciated.

That link is the only info I can find on it - it seems to be a yeast vector, so I would propagate it in yeat
