Cell Counting - (Aug/19/2017 )

Hey Guys, I have a quick question regarding cell counting. Its been a while since I did this.

So I used the hemocytometer and got 29600000 cells/ml. Since my total volume for that sample is in 300ul. The total number of cells is 8880000 in 300ul.

I am calculating this for facs. I need 2 million cells for each panel I have. How many microliters would equal 2 million cells?

v=n/c

volume = 2,000,000/concentration ...
