REAL TIME PCR WITH TAQMAN PROBE - (Feb/27/2017 )

HI FRIEND 

I AM HAVING A PROBLEM REGARDING THE REAL TIME NON SPECIFIC AMPLIFICATION I HAVE USED THE UBIQULIN U 6 AS A REFFERNCE GNE  WITH WATER AS NEGATIVE CONTROL BUT ITS EXPRESSING WHILE PERFORMING THE EXPERIMENT 

If your NTC is showing amplification before cycle 35 is a problem of contamination use always filter tips, nuclease free water and add first the enzyme and water to the master mix to make sure there is no source of contamination of those 2.  Place under UV gloves, tips, plates/tubes.  If the amplification is 35 of after then the sample is consider negative.
