hi ...i want to make a rangoli by using streak plate method on petri plate ..... so suggest me abuot colour changing media or another ideas abut it

You would need to use colored bacterial strains or a chromagar which changes color in the presence of different strains/species. Note that most of the chromagars are used clinically to distinguish pathogenic species so are targeted towards growth of those species.

If you have no microbiological experience handling pathogenic bacteria or fungi then I would avoid these sorts of projects as many of the species have the potential to cause severe disease and in the absence of proper technique and containment controls could easily infect you or people who you associate with (including potential viewers of your rangoli)!!!
