quick dilution question urgent - (Nov/15/2016 )
I have made up a dilution of 0.5ng DNA in 2.5ul total volume. I take 1.25ul of this and add it into a 5ul total reaction volume. What is the input into the reaction?
My answer is 0.25ng (I took 1.25ul, which is half of 2.5ul, making it also half the amount I took). Is this correct?

yes, but do you want to determine the final concentration of dna?
