Same primers and different melting peaks for two samples (~1°C appart) - (Sep/22/2016 )

In the figure you see that melting peaks differ by ~1°C at each sample.

 

Should I be worried?

Maybe - do the samples have the same sequence or might there be differences between the sample sequences? If there are differences in sequence or GC content, then this might account for melting curve differences.

We have not done sequencing. That is in part why this question was posted.
