Amsbio- Assay Kit for Measurement of Proteoglycan - (Aug/13/2016 )

Hello,

I have bought "assay kit for measurement of proteoglycan" (# amsbio 280560-N) to calculate amount of total proteoglycan in meniscus tissue.

http://www.amsbio.com/datasheets/280560-N.pdf

In high salt extraction method (sample preparation) included dialysis however this step can not be explain clearly enough in Kit manual. For example, pore size of dialysis membrane, dialysis time etc.

Proteoglycans contains chondroitin sulfate (463Da), keratan sulfate (37000 kDa), dermatan sulfate (475 Da), heparan sulfate (637 Da).

Which pore size of dialyze membran can i use?

How long does it take in buffer solution to dialyze proteoglycans?

Thank you all.

you may be able to get away with 500 Da pore size (i looked and can't find 100 Da cutoff although they claim to have it).
