Can someone please help me to classify the image into alpha, beta and gamma haem - (Jun/28/2016 )

Dear all researchers, can you please help me to double confirm the result that I obtained in haemolytic test into alpha, beta and gamma group? This is the first time I performing this test and worry for the wrong interpretation. Thank you very much.

Hi, in the image:

1  alpha heamolytic

3 and 6: beta heamolytic

2, 4 and 5: gamma heamolytic

Am I right? Tq.

Your answers look OK. Sometimes the haemolysis can be pretty hard to see, but generally you should see a zone of more than a mm outside the colony area. You can't trust any haemolysis which is behind any colonies. In general you need to look at individual colonies for the haemolysis type rather than a streak.
