Map Viewer for several genes - (Jun/09/2016 )

Dears All:

I am trying of localize several genes in a map and I found MapViewer,

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/mapview/map_search.cgi?taxid=9606&query=

Nevertheless I only can search for one gene at a time, for that reason I am asking you if somebody knows a software for searching several genes and watch them all at the same time in the same map?

I really apreciate your help.

Thank you

What do you actually want? Know where the genes are? What are you trying to look at? (MapViewer doesn't show much, maybe only exons and nearby genes)

You can't see them on the same map, if they are far apart, or on different chromosome, so again depends why do you need that and what do you need to see.

For some uses there are much beter tools than MapViewer, but may not be for other (I honestly don't use it at all, since I find it rather useless for any known case).
