Quantification or Quantitation (of Nucleic acids and proteins)? - (Jan/19/2016 )

Hi, in a few days I'll be defending my research proposal and am wondering which term I should use to more accurately describe the process of reading the concentration of my nucleic acids/proteins?
Such as in nanodrop spectrophotometry 

Are these two terms synonymous?

you quantify, you don't quantitate.
