qPCR data analysis - (Jan/11/2016 )
I have one control gr and one experimental group. In the PCR set up, I had b-actin and gene "A". I want to generate a graph where I can show the relative gene expression of gene "A" for both control n experimental gr. What would be the formula to do that?

Do you mean the qPCR? Just set the b-actin as the reference.
