Hi Adnan.

Barring differences in molecular weight from different sources, the Tris-Cl calculations are correct.

Under your Tris-Cl/Tween, you say you are adding 0.1% Tween-20. Rather, you are supposed to add pure tween, the amounts you have specified are correct. The final, not the initial, concentration v/v is 0.1% (0.1 mL Tween-20 / 100 mL solution).

The 1N NaOH is correct, except under 0.1N NaOH, volume water should be 900 uL.
