apoptosis detection - (Dec/31/2015 )

Hi everyone

I need to assess apoptosis in cell culture during different times of batch culture (day 0-day 10), I know there are different kits and methods but I do not have any experience with apoptosis detection. I was wondering which method or kit is more efficient and more affordable (I need to examine around 50 samples).

The fluorescent and luminescent assays seem to work well, but are best if you are doing large numbers of samples at once (i.e. all 50 at one time), but if you are doing only a few samples at a time I would go for DNA laddering or TUNEL staining.
