using Pichia for commercial protein production - (Dec/30/2015 )

Hi all, 

Is there an issue using Pichia pastoris for commercial production such as that you have to pay for the company that produces the vector? For example, we make some useful protein in Pichia in a research and then come up with an economical way, and then start producing it commercially.
