Annexin PI staining - (Dec/03/2015 )

Hello everyone,

I would like to know why only a few cells (around 30%) stain with annexin V while the rest of the cells are still not undergoing apoptosis post drug treatment. Has it got to do anything with the timing of the externalization of PS?

It is possible your treatment only  induce 30% cell apoptosis. Do you tried longer time treatment?
