cell signaling is not easy, but with the help of this topic you can hack cell´s mechanisms. some recommended book for this topic please

Cell signalling is like.. the last 20 years of whole molecular biology, if not more. And you can't get to know about signalling pathways if you don't know about the cell. You can get the basics in any molecular/cellular biology textbook (like Alberts), but for more complex understanding you at least need to know what signaling pathway of what cell are you interested in.

thanks i am studying both general cell biology and cell signaling at the same time. i am interested in develop or improve drugs for lung cancer, alzheimer or parkinson disease.

what topic within cell biology is so important for a correct understanding in cell signaling?

You could spend lifetime just studying details about each of those three. At least the last two ones are both degenerative brain disorders..

If you have these goals, you need to study how whole cell functions, also, chemistry, bit of physics and of course farmacology.
When you are able to ask the way you do, it means you still know too little to even decide, I'm affraid.  Are you asking so you could skip the "less important" parts of cell biology? Bad idea. You need the wide background for understanding the general complexity of cellular systems. Learn it all, whole cell, all the signalling you will have. Then, you will pick a topic (a narrow one) and can start to dig into the detailed part, while not forgeting the complete picture. 
By the way, there are several types of lung cancer and they differ really lot.
