Human cell membrane protein Western blot! - (Sep/21/2015 )

Hi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am studying for a protein.

I want to have a Human Cell membrane protein electrophoresis.

I maked cell lysate, I want loading to SDS-PAGE using the pellets.

I use a buffer of Roche Company.

What should I do?

Do you know how to dissolve the pellets?

help~~~~ me~~~~~~

Please let me know if you have any other method.

you should be able to dissolve the pellet by heating with the sds-page loading buffer. just don't try to solubilize too much pellet in too little buffer.
