Dear all,

My boss wants to use DNA microarray for analysis of change in proteins expression

So can you please suggest to me the best resources that I can use to learn and understand such technique.

Website, books, protocols would be helpful.

which platform do you plan to use?

I dont know yet, this is why I want to read in general protocols, methodologies and books

i'm attaching a microarray handbook and a listing of microarray providers.

you may also be able to find more information and tools at expasy.org

we use agilent arrays. if you choose them (or similar) then i may be able to assist you with them.
