Question regarding protein conservation among similar genes - (Aug/24/2015 )

Dear All, 

I have protein sequence of one gene and I would like to see how close and far is it from similar protein of the same genes but diffectent virus. I did phylogenetic analysis on the protein level, but I need an online tool or software that enable more facination or giving more detailed picture than simple alignment.

Have you tried BLASTP on the NCBI website?  It is a simple alignment, but will identify conserved protein motifs.

Could you provide a graphical online tool or software
