downregulation of protein with ON-TARGET plus Non-targeting pool - Dharmacon - (Aug/19/2015 )

Has anybody faced this problem before while working with cell lines:

downregulation/degradation of protein with 'ON-TARGET plus Non-targeting pool' (control siRNA) product from Dharmacon? The product number is: D-001810-10-05.

I think you seeing this because of toxicity.  you might  have to titrate down the Dharmafect and the siRNA concentration.
