can anyone let me know about the volume of TE buffer which is needed to elute dna extracted from plasma by manual method?? will there be any difference in the quantity or quality of dna if TE buffer volume varies??

I use 50 uL of TE buffer for eluting my DNA.

I don't think so. I have read protocols where they use 200 ul of elution buffer for eluting the DNA. And if they need more they elute the DNA again with another 200 ul of elution buffer. So, in total they have 400 ul of DNA.
