how to find Transmembrane domains in Proteins ?? - (Jun/09/2015 )

Hello Everyone,

I need to clone a transmembrane protein,

in which I would like to clone, the cytosolic part, entire protein and just luminal part of the protein.

Can anyone tell me how find that in protein sequence ( or DNA ) exactly ??

which software is better ?
