Hi all, I got well amplified non specifically annealed bands in my GM testing PCR at 58.4 annealing temperature, even at 0.2 microliter volume of primers in a 15 microliter reaction volume. I also got  the gm positive band along with that. what can I do to prevent it?

Contamination? Try different temperatures/conditions?
