Protein expression database - (May/07/2015 )

Hi,

I wanted to know if there are any databases where i can search for protein expression. For eg. if i want to look for "protein expression in the brain for TLR4"

Please let me know if there exists any such database.

Yes, many - Expasy/Swissprot does this, so does Genecards. NCBI has this sort of info too.

Thanks :) How can i direct my query to a particular region of the brain (eg. Hippocampus, cortex) on Swissprot or could you direct me to any other site?

I don't know that you can do this on any of the sites I mentioned. There might be a brain expression atlas around. Try the Nucleic acids research Database and Websearch issues - they might have something useful.
