Color of DME/F12 (3:1) without Calcium - (Apr/23/2015 )

What's the color of DMEM/F-12 (3:1) without Calcium, with 3.07g/L Sodium Bicarbonate after 0.22 um positive pressure filtration? (pH before filtration was adjusted to 7.2)

Red? Orange? Amber?

Thank you.

We usually use DMEM with phenol red, so that at the neutral pH the colour is red. When reaching the confluncy, the medium colour will turn to yellow gradually.
