Can anybody inform me about differences between DH5a strain of E. Coli and BL21 strain of E.Coli

Its hard to tell you what the differences are that matter for you...

In short: DH5a is a general strain for cloning and blue white screening
BL21 is more for protein expression, it lacks certain proteases.
