Which neuroblastoma cell lines grow the longest axons - (Mar/08/2015 )

My research is mainly focused on axonal degeneration. I am currently in the process of designing a mammalian expression vector and I plan to assess the transfected gene's effect on axonal degeneration. 

Which neuroblastoma cell lines would be ideal to study this? 

Mouse lines would be preferable, but human cell lines may also be of use.

Additional comment:

Once I stably transfect the cells, I would really like to culture them in Axon Isolation Devices to observe the effects.  Primary cell lines are the most common used for these culture devices, but I'd prefer a cell line that I can stably transfect. Manufacturers give the N1E-115 cell line as an example for culturing on these devices, so I am leaning towards this cell line as my first choice.
