I stored my PVDF membrane at 4C ? - (Mar/06/2015 )

Can anyone help me...?

I performed SDS and then did western blotting but  I didnt had time to finish my western blotting so I left it in blocking buffer containing 5% non fat dried milk in TBST. My question is that will my membrane be alright to blot on monday morning (i left it on friday) as I have seen in a few places that it wont be an issue but I just want to make sure as I dont want to blot and end up with nothing and then repeat the whole process again :/....?

It shouldn't be a problem. you can continue from there.

You can left the membrane in blocking buffer at -20 degree C for months.
