You make them yourself or will buy these that are commercially available?

For cells that are difficult to culture,such as primary cells, I will choose to purchase them from some reliable suppliers, such as lifetechnologies, 

ATCC. I recently find a cell supplier that provide high quality cell products with very cost effective price.
