Antibody concentration - (Feb/10/2015 )

hello everyone

Need help .

Cell suspension that I have =100ul of cell suspension with concentration 1x10^6 cells/ml

Concentration Antibody that I have (stock@purchased)= 200ug/ml

Concentration Antibody that have to be used in experiment= 1ug/1x10^6 cells

from supplier datasheet (Antibody): dilution= 1ug/1x10^6 cells.

How much volume I need to take out from the stock antibody to be used in my experiment?

100 ul of suspension that has 10_6 cells per 1000 ul contains 10_5 cells

1ug of antibody per 1000 ul so that means 0.1 ug for the 100 ul cells you have

your stock is 200 ug antibody per 1000 ul, and you just saw that you need 0.1 ug for the experiment...can you figure out the rest ?
