Gel filtration of COX-1 by aspirin - (Jan/03/2015 )

Hello everyone! I was wondering what will be the elution products during the gel filtration of COX-1 when  use acetyl-3H apirin and aromatic ring-3H aspirin. How those two types of aspirin affect COX-1? Thank you in advance!

Is it right to think that since acetyl-3H aspirin inhibits/acetylates) cyclooxygenase (COX)-1, the elution product in this case will be arachidonic acid? If this is right, then what about aromatic ring-3H aspirin, i cant find anything helpful about this type….Any ideas will be helpful. Thank you in advance!
