Who to do my PCR  quality control?

If you mean a standard "endpoint" PCR you have several possibilities. Important ones are (which a bit depend on your experiment, too):

1. negative control (without template but water, to be sure that you're not amplifying unspecific DNAs, contaminations)

2. positive control (includes templates/mix which works surely)

3. Sequencing (to make sure that your target is really the sequence you are aiming at)
