Haplotype Diagram - (Dec/04/2014 )

Since googling didn't help much, I made this post.

 

I want to understand how to "read" this haplotype diagram in B. Table A has the SNP frequencies, what information does diagram B provide? 

 

If you could explain or have a good reference, that would be helpful.

Not an snp expert it looks like a matrix with pairwise values of 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, 2-3, 2-4 etc. But what the values represent (often pairwise distances or linkage, perhaps multiplied by 100) you can only tell if you read the legend and know by chance the paper, respectively.
