Daily stimulation with cytokines - (Nov/24/2014 )

I was wondering how you can make daily stimulation of monolayer culture with a cytokine?

I keep reading it in papers but they write it as "the cytokine is added daily at # ng/ml" , so I was wondering how they do it.

Make a solution, add once each day after removing old medium.
