Chamber Slide - (Nov/02/2014 )

hello.

I am going to use Lab-Tek Chamber Slide 4 wells to grow cell line for staining purposes.

Does anybody has a video or link on how to use that slides, concerning how to discard media etc.

You use them just like you would a culture plate (e.g. 24 well plate), and they come with instructions on how to remove the chambers once you have finished with them.

it is not wrong if I use either one, plate @ chamber slide for staining (cell lines)purposes right?

Both are fine, chamber slides are slightly easier, but much much more expensive.
